In this episode we talked to Hend and Mohamed El Kahhal about their latest collection "Weaving Eternity", landing a store at the Grand Egyptian Museum - one of the biggest museums in the world - and finally the dialogue between heritage and contemporary carpets.
El Kahhal family has the oldest heritage in handmade rugs production and trading. Proudly still operating from the same factory and our oldest existing retail store in Khan El Khalili since 1936. Following the legacy of Wekalel El Kahhal est 1871 in the same historic area by our first generation in Egypt.
